PATRICK MORGAN Son of Paul Morgan, founder of Ilmor Engineering. Patrick worked for Ilmor Ltd. and Ilmor Inc. from 1997 - 2003 as a design and trackside support engineer in both Formula One and CART. In addition to managing the company Patrick oversees the running of all projects, as well as managing some individual projects. He is also responsible for design work and provides the vital link between customers and their projects. |

MARK ROBINSON A veteran engine builder having worked at Cosworth, VDS and Ilmor from 1979 - 2006. Mark has built engines that have won many races in both CART and Formula One. Mark's primary responsibility is overseeing the engine and gearbox build shop and ensuring that the integration of these components with the chassis is seamless. Mark is often at the track equipped with a borescope to ensure the wellbeing of his product. |

PAULA RISSANEN Managing the day to day running of the office and stores Paula also coordinates our efforts at the track. Having previous logistics and PR experience in F1 she is well aware of the demands racing exerts. When a car, component or driver has to be moved fast we have come to rely on her implicitly. |

KRIS NASH The youngest member of the team, Kris has proved an invaluable asset working with us between his studies. As well as aiding in the build and set up of cars, Kris helps in the mathematical analysis of chassis dynamics, creating programmes for the team to assess the design and properties of original chassis components where the original documentation is missing. |

GARY WARD Gary has enjoyed a long and illustrious racing career stretching over two decades. He has won several national Karting Championships and competed at many levels of motorsport. He raced very competitively in Formula 3 with the likes of Mika Hakkinen and Eddie Ervine, before moving up to Formula 3000. Shortly after this promotion he was selected by Honda as a test driver for the twin turbo NSX LeMans car. |
