No matter what the project our approach is always the same – research, quality, detail and performance. Where originality is paramount we pride ourselves on getting every detail exactly right. We understand that original components are a part of the intrinsic value of a car and go to every effort of conserve them. Where an original component cannot be saved it is replaced with an exact copy down to the way it is machined, the way it is deburred and the way it is fitted. We are expert in restoring anodised aluminium components to an as-new finish without losing the all important tooling paths that give the component the feel that it has been crafted by designer and machinist.

Where components are at high risk from corrosion we employ a wide variety of coatings that are identical to the original in look but preserve the metal for longer than originally intended. Our depth of technical knowledge means that no step in this process is omitted be it preparation, stress relief, de-embrittling or final fitment.

Throughout the process every step is documented. We keep our clients updated on progress by issuing a weekly report although we welcome as much or little involvement in a project as they wish. At the end of a project a set of documentation goes with the car detailing the restoration photographically and in general technical terms. A bespoke set-up and gear calculation sheet is provided in addition to a log book to keep track of mileage. We are proud that many of our customers have chosen to use our trackside services to maintain their cars and engines in the field - we are after all racers at heart.
